These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Bikendi’s Website, located at https://bikendi.com.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use bikendi if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. Bikendi represents the main body/org behind this product (bikendi) and bikendi is used interchangeably for website and the product or services itself. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of ng. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Username / Email: This is your registered username / email on the platform.

Subscription

Users have the right to subscribe to any plan or product of their choice, upgrade and downgrade at will but take into consideration our cancellation and refund policy.

Users also have the right to request for service aside subscribing to a plan. Acceptance of such proposal can be approved or denied by bikendi admin/agent.

Group Or Community Creation Or Management

Bikendi admin or authorized user can create a community they can administer with a bikendi admin on the group. On no account should you or a group create a group outside bikendi approval. Joining a group all in the name of bikendi can cause you trouble and in most cases, it is irreversible. You will be notified on email should Bikendi have a Private and Public group. New users are added to the public group and only approved users are permitted to use the private group.

Our Social Media Group Rules:

Do not send dm to any of the admins except you’re asked to. Even after the issue gets resolved, do not send any further message after the previous one (issue) gets fixed except u are re-asked to.
Do not send ads, spam, promote anything on the group except if you’re a provider so u can use the provider group topic to post your business ads. Most especially, do not promote your account slot such as lifetime slot or any of your bikendi service/product on the group.
Do not accept any business proposal from anyone at random and do not just slam to peoples dm as we would remove u permanently if reported.
No insult or usage of abusive words in any form
Always Confirm any fixed issue as Fixed.
Please always attend to the group for at least twice or thrice daily if u can’t at all time as we might post emergencies or updates that needs rapid attention. Do not just come to the group and make Complaints without any reading some fore Informations.
Always ask the group questions regarding your issues if it’s general or just you.

Free and Paid Support:

We would always provide free supports to our users but for issues or supports which are as follows would be charged :

Setting up any of the service on your website starting from installation, integration, setup, rechecking for fixing and so on. This is because , we as well charge users for building their websites which makes it work perfectly for them. If you must hire a developer outside us or any approved members, then issues regarding your sites should be hence forwarded to that developer but if by any case that developer is not capable enough of handling the issue, we would attend to that “AT A PRICE”.
Fixing Bugs or issues which are not General… We term issues which does not affect the majors are personal or internal issues which might be cases applicable or caused by software/plugin/ theme conflicts, Improper configurations, server issues.

Note :

There is no fixed price for any paid support and fixings are concluded by both parties.
We would only ask you to come for premium support if other means to guide you through fixing isn’t working for you.
Prices settled should only be known to you and your fixer. Do not publicize prices as you might get it cheaper to what others may get as method, time induced may differ.

Custom Features:

Our updates are generally FREE Forlife and no dime would be charged except for the following:-

Indexing an API:
- Except If we run promo or make public or you’re selected to benefit for a free indexing, we would always index at a charge. Indexing of API mean inclusion of api on the portal for easy setup on some of our product such as vtupress
Others:
- No platform, software, or any tech system gives all users a 100% solution to their needs though we all strive at giving our best. In some cases, our users may want or need a feature or so which is not existing on the product. We @ bikendi will charge a price for adding it.

License

Unless otherwise stated, Bikendi and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material from and on bikendi. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from bikendi for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

Republish/Whitelabel materials from bikendi
Sell, rent or sub-license material from bikendi without being authorized
Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from bikendi
Redistribute content from bikendi
Clone or extract any part of its code as snippet

Bikendi reserves the right to take down any account reportedly to default in any of these:

Looting or Extorting users/customers without resolving
Cheat a Provider such as running a fake transfer for wallet crediting/funding

You warrant and represent that:

You are entitled to have an account on bikendi and make use of any of its service or product
You can build your website or clients website with your license if applicable
You can sell your license in a proper way (if you need to) with all clarity to the buyer without odds such as selling a personal plan account in the name of lifetime. In a fare case, u can request for an account transfer to another user
You would never try to tweak the product or null the product as we have our inbuilt scanware and report system
Protect your business integrity and play farely with your users/customers, provider

You hereby grant Bikendi a non-exclusive license to access your wordpress admin dashboard.

NOTE: Bikendi will never extract, act rashly or share any of your data to the public or third party and would only access it (wp admin) when:

There is an emergency that needs to be attended to
User opts-in for a Pro Service that needs deep checks on the system
General emergency raids by bikendi dev team

And the above stated occurence comes as an improptu in some cases.

Account / Admin Account Access Right

In some cases , our tech support may request access to your website admin account And/Or Hosting account to do any of the following:

Installation of custom features which are not ready or yet ready for public publication.
Setups
Address some issues or get more information concerning an issue which we can’t decide on without proper investigation
Or cases of any emergency.

Contract or Project Agreement

We term an agreement of service as a contract. This is often done from within the website.

We see delivering of credentials / product as a seal of contract or deal done and any post-contract rights such as payment of balance is expected
By default, we grace 1 to 2days free to check the product/service and make necessary test.
We can be prompted to create a group for easy communication or presentation
You can come to the office premises to track or receive project
Features and/or design of the contract should be done before the contract is started, any other ideas, features or general addition no matter how little it is comes with a price except we decide otherwise

Post contract

When a contract is being delivered or released to its owner, we see it as deal done and anything coming after that is known as post contract.

Breach of agreement

When a customer or prospect breaches our stipulated agreement. We at bikendi have the following right:

Take down product / service temporarily with a prior warning or without depending of the gravity of the issue.
Termination of service / product
Legal actions

Additional feature:

We at bikendi have the right to accept or decline any additional feature after a service or product is being released whether free or paid. Should there be any? we have the right to charge you for it and refusal to pay is automatically refusal to deliver

Account Closure Right

Disregarding what plan, license an account might be, either recurring or lifetime, bikendi has the right to close down any defaulted account after warnings yet left unrectified.

As stated before, prohibition acts as stated below can incur temporary or permanent termination of account as decided by bikendi abuse team and no refund would be made in such condition. Prohibited acts includes:

Looting or Extorting users/customers without resolving
Managing or joining an unauthorized/unverified group
Cheat a Provider such as running a fake transfer for wallet crediting/funding
Republish/Whitelabel materials from bikendi
Sell, rent or sub-license material from bikendi without being authorized
Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from bikendi
Redistribute content from bikendi
Clone or extract any part of its code as snippet
Blackmailing Bikendi or talking down on our products falsely
Sharing false informations about the Bikendi / product/ services either on our community or any web site
Claiming ownership over the software or attempting to act as one
Reported to do some suspiciously acts or attempt

We would however reach out to you if you violates most (and not all) of the stated prohibits depending on the condition.

By use of our corporate name; or
By use of the uniform resource locator being linked to; or
By use of any other description of our Website being linked to that makes sense within the context and format of content on the linking party’s site.

No use of Bikendi’s logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.

We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request.
